A “Mad” man and a “Desperate” housewife have been added to this year’s list of Emmys presenters.

Jon Hamm, who is nominated in the Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series category, and Eva Longoria Parker will be among the stars handing out trophies on Aug. 29.

Nominee Jim Parsons (“The Big Bang Theory”) and actor Blair Underwood (“The Event”) were also announced as presenters on Thursday.

The four join previously announced presenters Will Arnett, Stephen Colbert, Edie Falco, Tina Fey, Laurence Fishburne, Ricky Gervais, January Jones, John Krasinski, LL Cool J, Julianna Margulies, Joel McHale, Matthew Morrison, Matthew Perry, Keri Russell and Sofia Vergara.

Jimmy Fallon is set to host the 62nd Annual Primetime Emmy Awards, which will be presented at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles and broadcast live at 8 p.m. EST on NBC.

Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria Parker said she is in ‘no rush’ to become a mum.

The 35-year-old actress has been married to basketball star Tony Parker for three years and said starting a family is something she would like one day.

She said to Britain’s OK! magazine: ‘We have no schedule and are in no rush. We are leaving it in God’s hands. But yes, we hope to have children in the future.’

The actress added that her French husband is very romantic.

She said: ‘Yes, we love romantic dinners. I just love being with him, that’s how I knew he was ‘the one’.’

‘Desperate Housewives’ star Eva Longoria owns her own restaurant, and her foody knowledge will be tested on the newest episode of ‘The Next Food Network Star,’ on Sunday at 9PM.

The remaining contestants are asked to cook for Longoria and Todd English in the actress’ Los Angeles’ eatery, Beso, where English is the chef.

And of course, there’s a surprise for the wannabe Food Network personalities. In this challenge, they have to cook a signature dish with their least favorite ingredient.

Marvel Studios introduced “The Avengers” at Comic-Con International in San Diego with a big crowd of stars on stage, but that wasn’t everybody who will be in the Marvel universe.

The wassp For one thing, there were seven male actors on stage and just one lone woman, Scarlett Johansson, who plays the Black Widow. Who will portray the Wasp, a founding member of the superhero team that debuted back in 1963? (If not in the “Avengers” film than in “Ant-Man,” which is by all claims still moving forward?)

One rumor that’s been making the rounds for months is that Eva Longoria Parker, she of “Desperate Housewives” fame, is a strong candidate, and on Tuesday, on the set of the soapy ABC series, she did nothing to dissuade that speculation.

“I think it’s an Internet rumor as of now,” she laughed. “I love comics. I think it’s a fantastic rumor.”

Parker said she believes the buzz began because she had taken a few meetings about films at the offices of Marvel Studios. She admits she isn’t familiar with the character. “We’re just gonna go with it,” she said. “Maybe that will get me hired.”

Speaking to CNN, the actress confirmed that her production company would be making a show based around her Hollywood restaurant Beso.

She said: “It will follow the employees that work at my restaurant. I’m not in it that much. I’m married and old now.”

“I love producing. I love the business aspect of it. We have so many beautiful stories in the Latin community that I think should be told, and I really would like to focus on trying to bring some of those stories to light now.”

“Desperate Housewives” star Eva Longoria and her husband, San Antonio Spurs point guard Tony Parker, are thinking about starting a family. In a recent interview with Us Weekly, Parker revealed that Longoria is almost finished with her run on the show and then it might be time for a baby.

“We’re thinking about it. Pretty soon,” Parker said. “She’s got one more year with ‘Desperate Housewives,’ so we’ll see what happens. I’d be great, I love kids.”

Longoria has also made recent headlines by denying allegations that she skipped out on loan payments for her restaurant chain Beso. Two former business partners have filed a lawsuit against the actress, but her lawyer says the claims “are absolutely false, untrue and without merit.”

According to a report from the Los Angeles Times, Longoria cut ties with her former partners due to mismanagement and unprofessional practices.

Actress Eva Longoria Parker has responded to a lawsuit filed by former business partners in the Las Vegas franchise of her popular restaurant Beso.

The suit, filed last week in Nevada by Ronen and Mali Nachum, charges Longoria Parker and other investors with breach of contract and unpaid loans.

“All allegations made by the Nachums against Longoria Parker, her business partner and restaurant are absolutely false, untrue and without merit,” her rep tells the Ministry.

“Longoria Parker plans to countersue the couple in the court of law in order to protect the integrity of the restaurant, its brand and the welfare and well-being of her employees, as well as her own reputation.”

Parker contracted the Nachums in January 2009 to oversee the construction and management of Beso and lounge Eve inside Las Vegas’ City Center, the Las Vegas Sun reports. Rumored tyrannical behavior from the couple as well as money mismanagement issues, reportedly prompted their firing.

Longoria Parker, wife of NBA player Tony Parker, stars on ABC’s “Desperate Housewives.” In addition to her stake in Beso, the actress serves as national spokeswoman for Padres Contra El Cancer — a nonprofit that assists Latino children with cancer.

Eva Longoria Parker may regret getting into the restaurant business.

The Desperate Housewives star, 35, is being sued by two former managers and partners of her Beso restaurant and Eve nightclub in Las Vegas.

Ronen and Mali Nachum are suing Parker, claiming she and entourage used “scare tactics” to get them out of their joint business venture, reports the Las Vegas Sun.

According to court documents, the Nachums — who were sacked — allege breach of contract, assault, false imprisonment and an unpaid loan.

The actress plans to countersue.
